Wet weather in Spa saw Sterling Moss racing the ‘aerodynamic’ experimental Maserati 250F. He drove hard in typical Moss style. In fact he drove so hard that the wheel fell off… literally. Here we see that car chassis number 2501 rounding the hairpin at Spa in 1956.
